The Moldova Project - Sponsored Thames Walk

As always the charitable man, Mark will be walking in the final leg of The Moldova Project’s Sponsored Thames Walk: 21 miles from Chertsey to the London Eye, and is looking for sponsors!

The Sponsored Walk - 161 miles in 10 days - aims to raise money for their trip to Moldova in August. The Moldova Project, started by Mark’s sisters Emma and Lucy, and aims to:

“…improve the lives of the most disadvantaged people in Moldova. At the moment this mainly includes orphans and people living in poverty in the villages.

The Moldova Project helps these people:

“…by providing financial help, such as by arranging sponsors for deprived families and funding projects in the orphanages. We also provide more practical support by arranging for children to go to school and for damaged houses to be repaired.
